Acceptance
By using this site or the AI helper you agree to these Terms, the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
MalluDubai is a free information service. We do not submit applications, accept payments or act as an agent for anyone. We may change, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive or defamatory; do not attempt to hack, overload or scrape it; and do not misuse the AI helper. Do not submit content that breaches UAE or Indian law, public morals or anyone's rights.
AI helper
AI answers are automated and unverified. Do not enter personal documents, passwords, OTPs, bank, card or health details into the AI helper. We may limit or block use to prevent abuse or excessive cost.
Intellectual property
Site text, design and logo belong to MalluDubai. You may share links for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish or sell the content without written permission.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all liability for any loss or damage. Because the service is free, any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to INR 0 or the lowest amount the law allows.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MalluDubai and its owners harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Who we are
MalluDubai is an independent company registered in India, with no affiliation to the UAE Government or any government body. The only contact channel is info@malludubai.com. We have no phone line and never ask for money, OTPs, passwords or documents. Report anyone impersonating MalluDubai to info@malludubai.com.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of our registered office in India. If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force. The English version prevails.
